Description
The totally-enclosed Subsalve Salvage Pontoons cylindrical bags are ideal for shallow water salvage, reducing the draft of a vessel or raising an object closer to the surface. They are invaluable in cable and pipeline operations and where long tows are planned.
- Pontoons prove invaluable during long tows
- Constructed of heavy-duty, ballistic-rated nylon fabric coated with urethane
- Design incorporates a replaceable heavy-duty nylon webbing lift harness built into the body of the bag
- Safe working ratio is 6:1
- Harness arrangement maintains bag in horizontal position while insuring maximum stability
- All attachment points must be connected with the shackles provided and the load evenly distributed
- Large pontoons require a separate lifting beam to evenly distribute the load
- 3/4″ NPT inflation port
- Equipped with brass quick disconnect for inflation
- 3/4″ bronze ball valve for deflating
- Pressure relief valves set to release at 2.5 psi above ambient pressure
